If you’re anything like me, then you’re always on-the-go and looking for something comfy to wear wherever you’re going! I know that dressing comfy can’t be done all the time, but whenever it can be I definitely try to pull it off! With fall around the corner, I’ve been looking for items to add to my closet that are chic and comfortable at the same time. Especially those items that can really transform your look with a switch of a top or pant. Recently, I took at trip to ZARA to see what they had in store and ended up finding a few pieces that fit my style perfectly, while giving me that comfy chic look that I longed for. Check out my casual (yet semi-sporty) fall-inspired look for the everyday gal on the go.
Happy Wednesday, beauties! Do you ever just think to yourself, “If I could wear one outfit everyday, what would I wear?” Well, I do and 99.9% of the time I want to be cute and comfy! With that being said, when I wore this black sweater dress from Zara on the first day of our trip to Paris I knew that me and this sweater dress would be seeing a lot of each other. Our first day in Paris ended up being rainy, which is why this outfit was perfect. It was warm, but also allowed me to show my chic-ness.
Today is our third day in Paris, and I wanted to share with you guys my ootd! Due to the weather being gloomy and rainy, I decided to switch it up by wearing my classic high-top Vans to get me through the long walks from sight to sight. With my sneakers, I wore a black and white striped turtleneck from J. Crew and my favorite corduroy pink pants from Zara. Because of the cold, I couldn’t help but to layer up – wearing my black leather jacket and tan coat (both from Zara). For accessories, I wore my boyfriend’s corduroy black beret and my gold and black fringe purse from Urban Outfitters centuries ago.
I feel like the weekend has been calling my name since the last weekend – does anyone else feel that way? Ladies, we have survived a long week, so go out today and celebrate! As of late, I’ve been itching for a vacation and to get away from the city for a bit. Knowing that my vacation won’t be until March, I decided to add some Parisian vibes to be OOTD look – bringing some Paris inspired flare into these NYC streets!
Hi guys! With this being one of my last blog posts of 2017, I wanted to share the outfit I wore for Christmas. This Christmas meant a lot to me – it was my first time being home in four months and this time around I was bringing someone very special to me *wink wink*, my lovely boyfriend! I was so excited for him and my family to finally meet, so this time I looked for a cute outfit to get into the holiday spirit. Keep reading for my holiday outfit details!
Hi guys! I’m back with an outfit post from my visit at the Louis Vuitton exhibit in NYC. Wow, was that exhibit so crowded, but that was definitely expected. There were so many cool pieces, from the beauty of fashion from how they designed their lugguage. The exhibit was curated by Olivier Saillard, who really made sure to capture the adventure of the House of Louis Vuitton from 1854 to the present.
As of late, I’ve been loving the plaid look. I recently purchased a pair of plaid pants that I’d been eyeing from boohoo.com, and was completely blown away by the amazing fit and feel of the piece. Firstly, for some reason I was expecting the pant to be a tad stiff but very fitted. To my disbelief the pants were SO comfy, making it easy for me to dress up with the feeling of being dressed down. I paired the plaid pants with a grey turtleneck – making sure to tuck this in to add a more sleek look. The accessories were very light, as I wanted to give all of the attention to my pants and the grey faux jacket that I was wearing with it. For my shoes, I decided to wear these cute black boots that I also purchased from boohoo.com. They’re not the most comfortable, but they definitely added the right amount of flare to the look.
I don’t know about you guys, but it’s officially fall here in NYC. I know it’s been fall, but just here in New York last week it was like 80 degrees and now it’s cold and rainy. Yup, it’s pretty official now. With that being said, I’m excited to bring out my fall attire for good! Yes, that means a ton of sweaters, fur jackets and Chelsea boots. Although I have a few statement pieces, there are always items that are on my wish-list. After hearing from my best friend about how much she loves SheIn.com, I definitely had to check it out to see what kind of items would fit in my F/W wardrobe. Keep reading for my wish-list!
Just a few weeks ago, we were enjoying the last of this summer weather – then fall hit us like a ton of bricks in NYC. Wow, days of cold and rain. I can’t event begin to explain how shook I am from this dramatic weather change – but fall is actually my favorite season so I’m not too upset about it. With fall coming early, I think it’s safe to say it’s officially jacket season! A bomb jacket with an even bomber statement bag is my absolute weakness.
Do you ever just want to walk out of the house feeling flowy and fab? Same here, girl! Sometimes I don’t want to go through the stress of finding that perfect top to match that perfect skirt, etc. Sometimes I just want to throw on something cute and GO. Which was why I was so excited to find two casual, but really cute dresses from Tobi.com! The first one is a navy and white off the shoulder shift dress, and the second is a copper lace up day dress.
