It was 45 minutes of straight inspiration – from when they started their careers, to what they’re day-to-day currently looks like, the girl bosses dished it all. One thing (out of the many) that made me sit back and think about life was when Nikki mentioned how she wanted to become a director by the age of thirty, but didn’t reach that goal until thirty-one.

As you know, I just turned twenty-five not too long ago, and I’m really starting to put life in a different perspective.
