Hi beauties! I’m back, and I cant’ believe that it’s November. Wow – it literally feels like I was just making a blog post about how to slay 2018 and now it’s almost over. Anyway. I felt so compelled to come on here and share with you guys how over the past few months I’ve been “reclaiming my time” and really getting back the power I knew I had deep down all alone. It’s so easy to go through the motions of life and forget why you’re doing something, and sometimes even forgetting who you are and who you stand for as as person. Before the year ends, we need to address it and get back out why (and our power),
Fall is HERE, and I’ve been waiting to unleash my fashion finds to show you all. First and for most, I’m obsessed with fall fashion more than any season and it’s been this way for as long as I could remember. I’ve just always been the type of girl who loves the comfy feels of warm sweaters and long boots.
When it comes to what’s important to me, taking care of my skin is definitely up there! We live in a world where we’re so focused on our next move that sometimes we forget to do the little things like removing our makeup after a long day or paying attention to the ingredients in the products we’re using. In any case, although my days never seem to get less hectic, I always make sure I give my skin a little TLC at the end of the day. Preventing breakouts and acne is something I’m always trying to do, which was why I was excited to learn about Alba Botanica®‘s Acnedote™ skincare regimen!
I’m finally back on YouTube, after a LONG much needed break to show you all my Fall Night Time Skincare Routine, along with the products that are most used in my line up right now.
The following is sponsored by Summer’s Eve®, however the opinions are my own.
As working women, we tend to get so overwhelmed and tired from the day that we go home, eat dinner (or whatever we can find in our fridge) and most likely end up falling face first into our beds. I’m one to admit that I do this most nights, but in the back of my mind I know that ideally I should be walking through my self-care routine. Taking 30-45 minutes to wash myself clean of the day.
If you’re anything like me, then you’re always on-the-go and looking for something comfy to wear wherever you’re going! I know that dressing comfy can’t be done all the time, but whenever it can be I definitely try to pull it off! With fall around the corner, I’ve been looking for items to add to my closet that are chic and comfortable at the same time. Especially those items that can really transform your look with a switch of a top or pant. Recently, I took at trip to ZARA to see what they had in store and ended up finding a few pieces that fit my style perfectly, while giving me that comfy chic look that I longed for. Check out my casual (yet semi-sporty) fall-inspired look for the everyday gal on the go.
Working a 9-5pm job, and still trying to maintain your side-hustle can be tough. I know I’m not the only one who wishes there were more hours in a day to fully complete everything on your to-do list. What I have learned is that throughout the rough hours and the constant workload, it’s extremely important to add in some time for self-care. If you aren’t taking care of yourself then it’s easy for you to self-destruct. Check out how I tend to unwind at the end of the day, and how implementing Moonlit Skincare has played a huge role in making sure I’m relaxed and at ease.
It’s Monday, which means the weekend is over and now we’re back to business! When it comes to my lifestyle and my business, I’m starting to realize that simplicity is definitely a key essential in both. What really made me think about this was creating my new business cards with Carda & Co. If you aren’t familiar with them, they are a high-end paper and luxury personalized stationery company.
I can’t believe that summer will be leaving us soon. It seems as though it just started! Well, with the weather still baring 95 degrees, summer fashion and beauty seems to still be in for everyday essentials. Since Thursday are basically the end to my work weeks now thanks to Summer Friday’s in the city, it was the perfect day to bring out my New York glamour by showing off my new Maybelline New York Lip Studio glosses out for a fun time out exploring.
Hi guys! I’ve been working up a storm, trying to be as innovative as possible. I’ve been wanting to launch my own podcast for about some time now. I had the name already and the theme…but the only thing that was missing was the PLAN. When I wanted to launch it, what I wanted the first few topics to be about – you know, all of the overthinking and less of the doing. Well, I’m proud to announce that ‘The Female Millennial‘ officially launched yesterday morning with my very first episode!
