Last week, I woke up at 5:30am. Now, if you know me then you know that this is very rare. I’m the kind of person that loves to sleep as long as I possibly can, but I’ve come to understand that when I do that then I tend to feel: rushed, unorganized and flustered. I’ve come to the conclusion that this is something I truly needed to get better at. I’m always reading about the benefits of getting up early in the mornings and all of the things that people are able to get done, so I tested it myself. I woke up at 5:30am, chilled in bed for about 15 minutes to adjust and fully wake up, then it was go time!
Hi beauties! I’m back with a long awaited “coffee talk” for you guys, and this topic is something that I’ve been thinking about a lot lately – Drive and Passion. There’s a lot of factors that fuel our drive to purse our passion, goals and dreams but sometimes you just have to sit back and think about whether all of those factors are positive and true intentions. I believe that when we’re going about our day-to-day lives it becomes easy to just be so focused on the end goal that you don’t think about what’s fueling the energy to get there in the first place.
Lately I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how I built my confidence during photoshoots, and it’s honestly something that I never thought about!
