Hi beauties! I’m back, and I cant’ believe that it’s November. Wow – it literally feels like I was just making a blog post about how to slay 2018 and now it’s almost over. Anyway. It’s so easy to go through the motions of life and forget why you’re doing something, and sometimes even forgetting who you are and who you stand for as as person. Last week, I woke up at 5:30am. Now, if you know me then you know that this is very rare. I’m the kind of person that loves to sleep as long as I possibly can, but I’ve come to understand that when I do that then I tend to feel: rushed, unorganized and flustered. I’ve come to the conclusion that this is something I truly needed to get better at. I’m always reading about the benefits of getting up early in the mornings and all of the things that people are able to get done, so I tested it myself. I woke up at 5:30am, chilled in bed for about 15 minutes to adjust and fully wake up, then it was go time!
